Kimkins Affiliate Spotlight: WLTips.com
September 18, 2007 on 2:04 pm | In Kimkins spam, Kimkins Medical Risks, Heidi Diaz PI Pictures, Kimkins Affiliates, Heidi Diaz Obese, Kimkins Lawsuits, Kimkins, Kimkins Criticism, Heidi Diaz, Kimmer, Kimkins Fraud, Who Is Kimmer, Kimkins Fake Pictures, Kimkins Diet | 5 CommentsYesterday, we shone the spotlight on Kimkins affiliate TheSkinnyWebsite.com. The flood of comments the site received convinced the affiliate to investigate further, and she ended up removing all her Kimkins links once she realized that she had been unknowingly promoting a scam.
The next Kimkins affiliate we’re going to work on alerting to the Kimkins scam is WLTips.com. Last year they published an interview with Kimmer, complete with a Kimkins affiliate link on the page. It’s time to let WLTips.com know about the Kimkins scam! Drop them an email at lizza@wltips.com. Make sure to tell Lizza:
- Kimkins marketing is fraudulent. Kimmer (Heidi Diaz) is morbidly obese (see the PI pictures at www.slamboard.com). She is not the lady in the red dress and there is no reason to believe that she ever lost 198 pounds.
- Kimkins and Heidi Diaz are facing a class action lawsuit and Heidi Diaz is being investigated for fraud.
- The diet is dangerous and people are getting sick.
- When the Kimkins assets are frozen, affiliates will not be paid their commissions.
- Affiliates who knowingly participate in this fraudulent marketing may also be liable for damages.
It’s time for WLTips.com and all the other affiliates to stop helping the scammer Heidi Diaz rip off innocent people and endanger their health!
Kimkins Affiliate Spotlight: TheSkinnyWebsite.com

Direct action helped put a stop to Jimmy Moore’s promotion of Kimkins and it will help stop the rest of the affiliates too.
The first affiliate we are going to spotlight is a celebrity weight loss gossip blog called TheSkinnyWebsite. This site is read by thousands of women and it has actively fed the false “Jessica Alba does Kimkins” rumor mill. Just yesterday it linked Kimkins with Angelina Jolie’s name. Heidi Diaz has admitted that she uses these false celebrity rumors to market Kimkins to young girls.
Take a moment to go to TheSkinnyWebsite.com and tell them to stop participating in Heidi’s scam.

More From Heidi Diaz’ (Kimmer from Kimkins) Son’s Ex
September 12, 2007 on 12:31 pm | In Kimkins Criticism, Kimkins, Heidi Diaz PI Pictures, Who Is Kimmer, Kimkins Fraud, Kimmer, Heidi Diaz, Kimkins Diet | 3 CommentsI haven’t had a connection with Heidi in 6 yrs.
I dont have much of a relationship with her son either.
He has choosen to abandon our son.
They are both alcoholics.
Just one of her scams that I can think of right off the bat is when I had my son….Dennis told me that his mom was selling avon and she posted a bulletin that her purse got stolen and people from all over the place were sending her money.
I know she has also used other peoples social securith #’s.
I wish I knew how you could get a hold of her ex husband and his wife.
They would blow you away with crazy stories of Heidi.
I really dont want to get to involved with this because I dont really have time for the drama in my life and my life is nice a quite.
but I hope she gets what she deserves.
Kimmer’s Son’s Ex Comes Forward About Mom’s Scams
September 12, 2007 on 9:06 am | In Kimkins Fake Pictures, Kimkins, Heidi Diaz PI Pictures, Who Is Kimmer, Kimkins Fraud, Kimmer, Heidi Diaz, Kimkins Diet | 2 CommentsSome LCF board members who are investigating the Kimkins diet scam and scammer Heidi Diaz (Kimmer) found Heidi’s ex-daughter-in-law and mother of Heidi’s grandson via her MySpace profile. Several of them wrote to her with questions about Heidi and her answers are very interesting:
She is my ex’s mom.
also Yes she is a scam artist and has been for many years.
Kimmer’s Heartbreaking Foster Mom Stories
September 11, 2007 on 5:30 pm | In Kimkins Criticism, Kimkins, Who Is Kimmer, Kimkins Fraud, Kimmer, Heidi Diaz, Kimkins Diet | No CommentsSo touching, so beautiful — the only problem is, Kimmer/Heidi Diaz is not a foster parent (even though she has accepted donations for those imaginary foster kids). She’s a morbidly obese recluse who rarely leaves the two-bedroom apartment she shares only with her 18-year-old son. Heidi had this tale to spin today:
I’m a foster mother and take teenage boys. Why? Because everyone wants babies/toddlers, nobody wants teens.
One day I got a call for an emergency placement for a 6 year old boy, no other family in the agency had “beds”. The boy was totally darling, but wouldn’t talk due to trauma. His father had killed his mother and he found her in the closet. He began wetting the bed which is older sister said he had never done before.
About a week later we’re all at the table eating dinner. The older boys are talking, laughing. Suddenly the little boy starts talking about what happened and what he saw. The details were horrifying. But what surprised me more is that the other boys starting talking about what they had seen in their homes. Domestic violence barely describes it.
Now, it’s hard for me to listen to these stories because I have a few of my own and I’d rather not travel down memory lane BUT it’s important for those boys to get their feelings out. So I let them talk, of course.
After that night, the boys formed even closer friendships (knock on wood all of my boys get a lot) and the little boy stopped wetting the bed. It helps to verbalize (even written words).
So to balance the line between people who need to “get it out” and those who don’t want to hear about “anti-Kimmer” anymore, I’m going to open a forum, under the Playpen, called “Kimmer Chatter”.
I appreciate all of the support and kind words — truly — but there’s no winning with those people. There’s no “end”, ever. I’ve said what I have to say and now I’m going to back to work.
Tippy, Meet Ducky
September 11, 2007 on 5:03 pm | In Kimkins, Kimkins Bannings, Kimkins Staff, Kimkins Lawsuits, Kimkins Criticism, Who Is Kimmer, Kimmer, Heidi Diaz, Kimkins Fraud, Kimkins Diet | No CommentsThe latest focus of Ducky’s attention at Kimkins Exposed is Jeannie Baitinger, or Tippy Toes as she is known to Kimkins members. Now that so many other admins have seen the light and left Kimkins, Tippy finally gets a long-awaited shot at being an admin. Ducky says:
We know in the past Kimmer has taken to manipulating situations to motivate individuals to do things they might not do on their own. An example of such behaviour in the past is the January 2007 blog by Jimmy Moore, where he attacked Low Carb Friends and did so in a scathing and vicious manner. He’s since retracted that post, but our memory is long here and we’ve been told that Kimmer’s input was indeed the impetus for that post.
It’s interesting that many of the points Tippy brought to her post at Low Carb Friends are now the same points Kimmer is trying deperately to convince her members of within the Kimkins forums. It appears much of Tippy’s post contents were scripted by Kimmer. Tippy seems unaware of the manipulative instincts of Kimmer and may not realize how she too is now being used by her as a means to an end.
Kimkins Renounced by Another Former Affiliate
September 11, 2007 on 10:45 am | In Kimkins Criticism, Kimkins, Kimkins Staff, Kimkins Affiliates, Kimkins Fake Pictures, Who Is Kimmer, Kimmer, Heidi Diaz, Kimkins Fraud, Kimkins Diet | No CommentsAs of late, more and more has been surfacing about this situation. The most interesting information is coming from people who, until recently, worked very closely with Kimmer. What I’ve read from these brave people, who have put themselves out there to stand for truth, despite the abuse and scrutiny they may receive, is just what I feared. Kimmer appears to be deceiving many. It also appears she could care less who it hurts. I hate to even type that. I’m the kind of person who loves other people and wants to believe the best of them. I tried to with Kimmer, but have found I can no longer do so.
Christin Opens Up About the Kimkins/Heidi Diaz Lies
September 11, 2007 on 10:45 am | In Kimkins Experiences, Kimkins, Kimkins Bannings, Kimkins Staff, Heidi Diaz PI Pictures, Kimkins Criticism, Christin Kimkins, Kimmer, Heidi Diaz, Kimkins Fraud, Who Is Kimmer, Kimkins Diet | 1 CommentRegarding the identity of Kimmer/Heidi Diaz, Christin writes:![]()
5)I now had several questions regarding confusion surrounding Kimmer’s identity. Kimmer has told me things about herself at various times that are confusing and conflicting.
a.She speaks quite often about her sister and her use of Kimkins. She also told me that the picture in the red dress is in fact her. However, she also told me that not even her sister knows that she is Kimmer. How can this be? Would’t she see her picture on the site and put two and two together?
b. When I have called various times to speak with Kimmer, I have spoken with several other members of her household. One claimed to be her sister and another Brandon, and also one other unknown male. Each time, I have asked for “Heidi” and they have given the phone to her or told me she was not available. Months ago, Kimmer told me in one of our discussions “If you call me Heidi I might not know who you’re talking to,” insinuating that she is NOT Heidi. But, in that same conversation she also told me that calling her “Heidi” would keep her grounded and help remind her of where she came from. She reminisced to me also about when she was class mom for her boys and they called her “Ms Heidi.” However, she is now claiming that is not her name. I have a problem with this.
c. Kimmer speaks freely about Brandon and her involvement with him. However, the only reference ever throughout any business dealings and in records is for “Brandon Diaz.” If she is not Heidi Diaz, did he legally change his last name to coordinate with the name that she is operating under?
d. According to public records, “Heidi Diaz” birthday is in May. On that date, “her birthday,” this year, we made a fairly big “to do” about it being her birthday within the forum in which she accepted congratulations and spoke of how much she enjoyed celebrating her birthday. Was this not accurate? Did we have a “ghost” birthday celebration?
e. Kimmer has repeatedly allowed me to continue call and represent her as “Heidi.” I unknowingly participated in a deception that I am not comfortable with. And once again, I feel I owe my readers and friends an apology for this as well.
f. MULTIPLE times Kimmer informed me that she is the only one who handles the money. She doesn’t trust anyone else to do it. This is confusing to me if she is not Heidi, as the instructions for sending a check/money order state to make them out to “Heidi Diaz / Kimkins.”
