Who Is Kimmer?
November 26, 2007 on 10:04 pm | In Who Is Kimmer, Kimkins Fake Pictures, Kimkins Fraud, Heidi Diaz, Kimmer, Kimkins Diet | 2 CommentsThe tech guys who work so tirelessly on Kimkins.com need to be a bit more thorough with their updating. A link called Who is Kimmer that appears under the main description of the site on the somewhat popular search engine called Google leads to this:
Click on the image to see it full size. I am worried about how people are still being misled by the lady in the red dress. Kimmer AKA Heidi Diaz did NOT lose 198 lbs.
There are no links to these fraudulent pages on the homepage of Kimkins.com, but they still show up in searches. The responsible thing for the webmaster would have been to delete the pages completely.
Heidi Diaz Admits That She is Kimmer
November 18, 2007 on 7:57 pm | In Kimkins, Heidi Diaz PI Pictures, Heidi Diaz Obese, Kimkins Criticism, Who Is Kimmer, Kimmer, Heidi Diaz, Kimkins Diet | 1 CommentNow that Heidi Diaz has decided that “it’s time to come clean” and admit that she is, in fact, Kimmer.
Kimmer says she lost 100 pounds in six months at some point in the past. She doesn’t say when. She would like us to believe that she has just relapsed and “regained the weight.” However, the fact is that she has never been the 118-pound woman who effortlessly lost all her weight and kept it off for years. What good is Kimkins if even Kimmer gained back all the weight and more? Furthermore, it’s pretty obvious that the “current” picture she has on her website now has been doctored to make her look smaller. Doctored or not, the obese, middle-aged woman the picture shows is nothing like the lovely fake Kimmers we’ve seen in the past.
Kimkins Scam Exposed on National Television

The Morning Show brought a doctor and nutritionist on for their opinions. Former administrators Christin and Deni told their stories about the fraud and their issues with the diet. Jeannie Baitinger (TippyToes) and Delaney (Singinglass at Kimkins, an admin who has done most of the banning when people have asked questions about Kimmer) also appeared. The biggest bombshell is that Jeannie announced that Heidi is, indeed, Kimmer. After hearing the thinly-veiled disgust in Tippy’s voice when viewing the Heidi Diaz surveillance tape (”look at the woman”) don’t you wonder how long Tippy will be employed by Heidi?
Jimmy Moore recorded the segment and uploaded it to YouTube. Watch it now:

Kimkins Spotlight: Google AdWords
September 28, 2007 on 12:01 pm | In Kimkins Diet Review, Eating Disorders, Kimkins Bannings, Heidi Diaz PI Pictures, Kimkins Affiliates, Heidi Diaz Obese, Kimkins Lawsuits, Kimkins Experiences, Kimkins Medical Risks, Kimkins Fraud, Heidi Diaz, Kimmer, Who Is Kimmer, Kimkins Fake Pictures, Kimkins, Kimkins Criticism, Kimkins Diet | 20 CommentsOur readers have had tremendous success in getting the message about the Kimkins scam to Kimkins affiliates — good work! All three of the affiliates we have spotlighted so far have pulled their links.
Now it’s time for the big guns, because we want to stop one of the major sources of new signups for Kimkins.com — the paid ad placements on Google and Google network sites from Google AdWords. If you go to Google and search for “Kimkins” you will see that there are ads at the top or right side of the search results. These “Sponsored Links” are paid advertisements from Kimkins affiliates or Heidi herself.
Google has a policy of refusing ads for sites featuring “miracle cures” and Kimkins is certainly marketed as a miracle cure for obesity.
Click here to contact Google AdWords to encourage them to remove these Kimkins.com ads and prevent future advertisers from buying links to Kimkins.com. Remember to tell them:
- The “Kimmer” success story is untrue and fraudulent. Kimmer (Heidi Diaz) is a morbidly obese woman and there is no evidence that she ever lost the weight (http://www.slamboard.com/category/kimkins-diet/).
- A great number of the other success stories are fakes using stolen pictures.
- The Kimkins.com claims of weight loss are exaggerated and unreasonable: ” There’s no faster diet! None!” “They’ve been told their entire lives they should be happy with slow 1-2 lb a week weight loss. How depressing and untrue!” “Kimkins is perfect for all diabetics!”
- The Kimkins.com site advocates extremely low calories, laxative abuse, and even fasting.
- Many Kimkins dieters have suffered side effects such as heart palpitations, menstrual irregularities, hair loss, dizziness, and faintness.
- Many Kimkins members have been banned for no good reason and the site is currently rated D with the Better Business Bureau (http://www.labbb.org/BBBWeb/Forms/Business/CompanyReportPage_Expository.aspx?CompanyID=100055868).

DIETSINREVIEW.COM RESEARCHED KIMKINS, CHANGED ITS REVIEW ACCORDINGLY, REMOVED ITS AFFILIATE LINKS, AND EVEN POSTED ABOUT THE FRAUD IN ITS BLOG. THANK YOU, DIETSINREVIEW.COM!
Time to work on getting the news about the Kimkins scam to another Kimkins affiliate. DietsInReview.com is promoting the Kimkins diet as an affiliate (http://www.dietsinreview.com/diets/Kimkins/) with a completely positive “review.” There is a place to put comments, so make sure to make your opinion about the diet and the scammer Heidi Diaz known.
Then use the contact form (http://www.dietsinreview.com/contact/) to contact the affiliate and inform them about the issues surrounding Kimkins and Kimmer. Remember to tell the affiliate:
- Kimkins marketing is fraudulent. Kimmer (Heidi Diaz) is morbidly obese (see the PI pictures at www.slamboard.com). She is not the lady in the red dress and there is no reason to believe that she ever lost 198 pounds.
- Kimkins and Heidi Diaz are facing a class action lawsuit and Heidi Diaz is being investigated for fraud.
- The diet is dangerous and people are getting sick.
- When the Kimkins assets are frozen, affiliates will not be paid their commissions.
- Affiliates who knowingly participate in this fraudulent marketing may also be liable for damages.
Also, we have an update on the WLTips.com Affiliate Spotlight from last week. While WLTips.com has removed Kimmer’s fraudulent “success story” and amended Christin’s story, they still have some affiliate links up. Get in touch by writing to lizza@wltips.com.
Funniest Kimkins Recap Ever

This recap of the Heidi Diaz/Kimkins/Kimmer scandal is wickedly funny:
From what I can ascertain things kept getting worse with more people getting sick/ questioning Kimkins advice and many started being banned as anti-Kimkins, jealous of the plan because they were too weak to follow it. Fast forward to Heidi Diaz’s ex business partner hiring a private investigator out to figure out what the frock was going on with all of this because throughout all of this nobody had ever met kimmer! What was discovered was that Heidi Diaz has disappeared up her own arse, evidenced here:
This really is a picture of Kimmer. So if she has lost 91 kilos and is now 118lbs (53kgs) she claims she is, then I am an anorexic. Seriously dude it looks like her left cheek alone is 53 kilos. Please, take no offence fat people of the world for I walk among you but come-the hell-on! What universe accepts THAT as 53 kilos? At the claimed weight she should packing a nice little pair ‘o peaches, not giant fucking pumpkins ready for weigh in at the fair. I think she might have lied a little on her resume - oopsie!
It seems that the private investigator discovered that Heidi Diaz is a bald (like Telly Sevalis bald), morbidly obese woman. Again oopsie! So all the advice she has given her members has been shall we say, a tad misguided.
Kimmer/Heidi Diaz’ Ex-Husband and His New Wife Speak Out About the Kimkins Scammer
September 19, 2007 on 2:17 pm | In Weight Loss Surgery, WLS, Heidi Diaz PI Pictures, Kimkins Lawsuits, Heidi Diaz Obese, Kimkins, Kimkins Fake Pictures, Kimmer, Heidi Diaz, Kimkins Fraud, Who Is Kimmer, Kimkins Diet | 2 CommentsThis Slamboard comment appears to be from Kimmer (Heidi Diaz)’s ex-husband and/or his new wife. As Kimkins Exposed reports, Mr. and Mrs. Hector Diaz were made aware of the Kimkins scam last night:
I am writing to give you first-hand info regarding Kimmers aka Heidi Kimberly Miller Diaz. Yes, those photos are of her in front of her apartment. Yes, she is bald and doesn’t wear her wig at home. No, the photo of the woman in the red dress is not Heidi. Heidi is a 49-year-old mentally ill woman. She has served jail time for her cons in the past. This is just her latest (and most successful con) in a long string of evil behavior. She has used Brandon since he came to live with her last year. He was living with his father and step-mother because Heidi was deemed unfit to care for him. His father moved to Washington to get away from Heidi and her constant harrassment of his family. Brandon chose to stay with his mother in California. He is an innocent victim of this latest con. Heidi long ago ruined her credit and since Brandon has just turned 18, she now has access to his. Heidi has legally been on disability for mental illness since before Brandon was born. She has conned the IRS, the Social Security Administration, the foster care people, her own brother and anyone who will give her money. She has ripped off her ex-husband, impersonated his wife at their bank and many other scams. She made up an internet story years ago about how someone stole her Avon products and money from orders. She made this up along with a sad tale of being a single disabled mother, blah, blah and got people to give her money all while her district manager was sitting in the hospital with her young son who died of cancer. There was no theft. She has ripped off her older son, his girlfriend and anyone who crosses her path. She has been diagnosed as a dangerous sociopath (a criminal with no conscience), behavior Kimkins members are seeing now. She is smart enough to run a good con but then gets over-confident and messes up. Yes, the detective found incriminating evidence in her trash because she wasn’t smart enough to shred it. The photos took 6 days to obtain because she never left her apartment. She was on the computer for hours on end. When Brandon is home, she goes down in the apartment parking area and talks on her cell phone in her green van (yes, it’s hers). You need to quit giving her money and sympathy. She is evil. What kind of a mother chooses to cram her apartment full of foster boys in order to collect money for them but won’t raise her own son because he takes up space she needs for a paying customer? What kind of mother sends her son to school with notes filled with lies about missing school because she has “cancer treatments” when she was just too drunk to get up and get going? What kind of mother uses her son for her own monetary gain and risks his reputation and safety for her own greed? I know many of you don’t want to believe this is true but believe it! All of this Kimkins stuff just became known to me this evening. The only surprise is that this time, she really made some big money. Please call the Corona DA and stop her. She needs to go back to jail. She has no employees, that’s why she’s on the computer all the time. There is no overweight woman working for her and there is no one in a wheelchair. She works out of her two-story apartment, I would love to see a wheelchair go up those stairs! She is misusing her niece’s name (Vanessa Romero) as a “false” employee. She has no business giving diet advice. She has been obese for years and even had her stomach stapled years ago. She can’t manage her own weight, don’t let her tell you what to eat or belittle you. She is taking you all for a ride, I’m sorry but it’s true.

The flood of comments the site received convinced the affiliate to investigate further, and she ended up removing all her Kimkins links once she realized that she had been unknowingly promoting a scam.
The next Kimkins affiliate we’re going to work on alerting to the Kimkins scam is WLTips.com. Last year they published an interview with Kimmer, complete with a Kimkins affiliate link on the page. It’s time to let WLTips.com know about the Kimkins scam! Drop them an email at lizza@wltips.com. Make sure to tell Lizza:
- Kimkins marketing is fraudulent. Kimmer (Heidi Diaz) is morbidly obese (see the PI pictures at www.slamboard.com). She is not the lady in the red dress and there is no reason to believe that she ever lost 198 pounds.

It’s time for WLTips.com and all the other affiliates to stop helping the scammer Heidi Diaz rip off innocent people and endanger their health!
