I think initially there was a battle over what was and wasn't appropriate behavior for a diet support group. I can imagine they toiled over the choice of whether it was appropriate to discuss a former member and that members diet plan. I think it would have been much harder to take action if this information was brought to light early on. But because there is so much more at stake (as the pot has grown) it allows a lot more attention to be drawn to it and i hope this makes it big enough to be used as an example to other scammers.
