People at risk for an eating disorder need the structure and the safety of loved ones and a safe ennvironment around food. A very touching, scary and real look at the inner battle suffered by those with anorexia. There shouldn't have to be the choice of being an appropriate weight or being healthy. The two should come as a package deal. Too bad that in our struggle to be thin we forget the other part. The <a href="http://lowcarbdiets.about.com/od/populardietplans/a/kimkinsdiet.htm" rel="nofollow">Kimkins diet</a> doesn't carry that combo. It is thin with a side of starvation.
