I don’t think they have talked to Randy Bachman yet, but they have spoken the Randy Newman. Careers in music are not only for performers. Promotions, production, management and many other fields are lucrative options in the music industry. There was a time when I was hoping to have a career that involved nothing but thinking up really cool names for bands. Unfortunately, most record labels let bands think up their own names.
