Diets up to Here

January is almost here. New Years tends to see a lot of people resolving to lose weight. Here is a long list of diets including the good, the bad and the ugly, with one notable exception. These are diets with Wikipedia entries. The short lived Kimkins entry was deleted after some tug of war editing that took place around the time that some key information was coming to light. I would not personally consider attempting to create a new page because to be honest there are members of the low carb community who would begin another cycle of less than professional editing until it got deleted again.
