I think this wonam is so beyond pathedic that I am embarressed for her! How can you teach someone how to be sick?!? How can you sleep at night? I once weighed 257lbs. I lost 100lbs from real diet and exersize. I never called it a diet it was/is a life style change. I put down the debbie cakes and started walking. Now I am 154lbs, I run everyday and i never eat junk! In fact I dont crave junk. I neded a change so I did it the 'hard' way. Now I am healthy and happy and fufilling my life dream of joing the United States Air Force. It's not that hard. Just get up and do it!
