Kimkins Affiliate Spotlight: DietsInReview.com
September 25, 2007 on 10:10 am | In Kimkins Diet Review, Kimkins Experiences, Kimkins Medical Risks, Heidi Diaz PI Pictures, Kimkins Affiliates, Heidi Diaz Obese, Kimkins Lawsuits, Kimkins, Kimkins Criticism, Heidi Diaz, Kimmer, Kimkins Fraud, Who Is Kimmer, Christin Kimkins, Kimkins Fake Pictures, Kimkins Diet |UPDATE: GREAT WORK, EVERYONE! DIETSINREVIEW.COM RESEARCHED KIMKINS, CHANGED ITS REVIEW ACCORDINGLY, REMOVED ITS AFFILIATE LINKS, AND EVEN POSTED ABOUT THE FRAUD IN ITS BLOG. THANK YOU, DIETSINREVIEW.COM!
Time to work on getting the news about the Kimkins scam to another Kimkins affiliate. DietsInReview.com is promoting the Kimkins diet as an affiliate (http://www.dietsinreview.com/diets/Kimkins/) with a completely positive “review.” There is a place to put comments, so make sure to make your opinion about the diet and the scammer Heidi Diaz known.
Then use the contact form (http://www.dietsinreview.com/contact/) to contact the affiliate and inform them about the issues surrounding Kimkins and Kimmer. Remember to tell the affiliate:
- Kimkins marketing is fraudulent. Kimmer (Heidi Diaz) is morbidly obese (see the PI pictures at www.slamboard.com). She is not the lady in the red dress and there is no reason to believe that she ever lost 198 pounds.
- Kimkins and Heidi Diaz are facing a class action lawsuit and Heidi Diaz is being investigated for fraud.
- The diet is dangerous and people are getting sick.
- When the Kimkins assets are frozen, affiliates will not be paid their commissions.
- Affiliates who knowingly participate in this fraudulent marketing may also be liable for damages.
Also, we have an update on the WLTips.com Affiliate Spotlight from last week. While WLTips.com has removed Kimmer’s fraudulent “success story” and amended Christin’s story, they still have some affiliate links up. Get in touch by writing to lizza@wltips.com.

Doin’ my part to help get the word out to affiliates who may wish to reconsider their affiliate status.
All the while…hoping that Christin is OK.

WLTips responded quickly and graciously and took down all but the Christin story, which she said will soon be updated. Kudos to Lizza for doing the right thing!

I left a comment and also emailed these people. Their reply to me was simply to leave a comment.
But what do you expect from a site who’s “editor’s picks” for top diets includes Ephedrine.

I checked out the dietsinreview.com page on KimKins and i don’t think they are an affiliate because they have a video up about how it’s a scam. I guess that’s what the 9-27-07 comment was regarding. Here is another review that shoots down kimkins. http://www.wikidietinfo.com/Kimkins.html?find=kim+kims?ucp=192

I agree, I think they are not affiliate. Because under the Background story, they said that they’re not promoting Kimkins diet ways.

you really have to be sure in every step you made, especially in giving your personal informations to others. this may led to identity fraud, where, they will take your identity and pretend that they are you. we must be aware.
