		<description>Just to clarify, what I *actually* said was this: "While I lost 8 pounds doing Kimkins, by Saturday, I was feeling awful (incredibly nauseated). . . although it was probably my fault for not following a guideline or something."  I'm NOT blaming Kimkins for it--as I said, I probably missed a guideline or something.  However, since I know that my body feels better doing basic low-carb, which I was doing a few years ago, I am going to switch to Atkins.  Personal choice.  Another point of clarification: in this online controversy, people keep referring to "Kimkins" as though it's just one plan (like people used to refer to Atkins Induction as "Atkins").  There are choices among different plans, and that should probably be noted...the boot camp, for example, is stricter than the "regular" version of Kimkins (which is VERY much like Atkins Induction, by the by, just the meats are leaner).</description>
